The weekend of October 11-13, 2019, 54 local artists with studios from Mequon to West Bend will open their spaces up to the public for the free self-guided Ozaukee and Washington County Covered Bridge Art Studio Tour, coordinated by the Cedarburg Artists Guild. This unique event is an opportunity for people to get an up close and personal look at some of Southeastern Wisconsin’s finest artists and the spaces that inspire their work. Artists will be working during the event and are always happy to stop what they’re doing to greet visitors, demonstrate their talents, talk with guests and sell their artwork to interested buyers.
The tour is free to attendees, and begins Friday, October 11, with studios open from 4-8 pm. Saturday and Sunday hours are 10am-5pm. Covered Bridge Art Studio Tour maps can be downloaded from the website, or picked up at the Destination Station located within the Cedarburg Cultural Center. Guests are welcome to stop anywhere on the map at any time during open hours!
