    Unplug. Relax. Sit. Breathe.  We all know it so good for us, but we don't do it.  Join us daily, Monday-Friday at Noon for a 15-25 minute guided meditation.  We'll use both our own recorded material as well as meditations from well known teachers as we share our own daily dose of sanity in a way too busy world.
