Mindful Movement is a free community offering at Pulse Personal Training incorporating the eastern disciplines of mindful breathing, qigong, and tai chi. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Most movements in sessions can be done sitting down. Sessions last around 30 minutes. Beginning in summer of 2019, we are utilizing the outdoor space behind the studio next to the basebase fields. As long as the temp is above 50 and it's not raining, count on an outdoor session!
