Movement. Breath. Mindfulness. Meditation. Mindful Movement is a free community outreach offering from No Bounds Wellness. Come spend 20-40 minutes of moving meditation. The daily practice will draw from the disciplines of Qigong and Tai Chi. As of September 4th, we practice Monday-Friday.

(and by the way, you don’t need to know a thing about meridians or acupuncture or acupressure or reflexology or any of that stuff you might think is kinda sketchy in order for Qigong and Tai Chi to be effective … so feel free to be skeptical but keep an open mind!) All ages welcome -- most sessions can be done entirely sitting down if needed.
This is a free community offering with nothing to memorize .... just "go with the flow". Donations accepted, but really, just come and practice with us!!
