DESCRIPTION:Come in your favorite costume or try on one of the museum's early settler costumes for adults and children of all sizes. How would you look in a straw hat and suspenders or in a cotton bibbed apron and bonnet?\n\nAn autumn make and take craft will be available and yard games will be enjoyed. Grandparents are always welcome to bring grandchildren for Clark House fun. Adult and youth groups of 6 or more are asked to register by sending an e-mail to JCH. Business and organization event sponsors are Tru Heating and Cooling of Thiensville and the Mequon Woman's Club.\n\n\n\nThe Greek Revival style Clark House is on the corner of Bonniwell and Cedarburg Roads in Mequon and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The Clark\, Turck and Bonniwell families were instrumental in forming the government of the Town of Mequon.\n\n\n\nFriends of Jonathan Clark House is an all-volunteer organization with the mission to collect\, preserve and share the history of the Jonathan Clark House and the early settlers of Mequon Thiensville. Memberships are available\, and donations are happily accepted.
