About Us
Holistic living was a large part of my upbringing by watching my grandparents forage, grow and live with nature. I learned about different plants, mushrooms and herbal remedies that are able to support our health, mind and even heal cuts and scraps.
Being a massage therapist for the past 10 years has given me a huge appreciation for the human body and what we are capable of. I have learned how to support my own body, mind and health through holistic practices and I believe anyone is capable of living a vital life!
