Welcome to the Stilt House!
The Stilt House is located in Cedarburg, WI, and offers small plate dining with high end American Craft beers, as well as a variety of over 30 wines.
Why the “Stilt House”?
In the early 1900’s, Nick Schuh, the owner of the Nick Schuh Tavern asked the city for permission to add a second floor onto the existing building. After the city denied his request, he raised the building up on “stilts” and built a first floor underneath.
The Owners
The restaurant is owned and operated by Gordon Goggin and Tricia Dooley. Keith Reid and Gordon opened the restaurant together in 2013.
