Mindful Movement is a free community offering at Pulse Personal Training incorporating breath work with the eastern disciplines of qigong, and tai chi. These practices have been shown to improve balance, reduce anxiety, and improve cognitive function. Sessions will leave you feeling relaxed and energized. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels and no previous experience is needed. Nothing to memorize, just follow along. If you can breathe, you're good to go. Sessions last approximately 20-25 minutes
Update 7/17/20 --- For the duration of the shelter in place guidelines we will be offering these sessions via internet streaming only on Mondays and Fridays at 7:30 am via Facebook Live and welcome you to join us OUTDOORS on Wednesdays in the large green space next to the Orthopedic Hospital Of Wisconsin Fields (just south of the Pulse studio... plenty of parking back there).
