Massage Therapy
I offer 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute in-studio massage sessions. Each session offers various techniques and modalities personalized to identify each client's specific and unique needs. Techniques include: Post Injury Recovery, Sports Injury Therapy, Integrative Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, Improves Range of Motion, Relaxing & Spiritual Awakening.
Price range: $65-$140

Corporate Mobile Massage Program
Book a time slot to have a licensed massage therapist on site at your company or event to provide chair or table massages to employees or event attendees. Great for benefits fairs, employee appreciation weeks, vendor fairs, fundraisers or any other special event!

Couples Massage Coaching
This is a hands-on experience with guided direction from a Licensed Massage Therapist to learn ways for you and your other half to incorporate massage at home! Through breath work and other relaxation techniques this experience enhances couples connections and stress relief. Available for private sessions or group workshops.
