Prior to starting PLD Accounting, LLC, I served as controller for a mid-sized Milwaukee-based marketing agency for eight years, managing the general operations, accounting, and human resources functions. My experience also includes ten years with a publicly traded company and public accounting. I received my bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, obtained my CPA certification in 1994. I am a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and a member of AICPA and WICPA. A lifelong resident of Southeastern Wisconsin, I am an active member of my church, serving in a variety of capacities. I currently serve on the Board of Deacons and assist the Associate Minister with the youth programs. I have traveled to Pennsylvania, Mexico, and Honduras as part of mission teams to serve those in need. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, walking with my dog, Tilly, and pet sitting.
